TireHub, a national tire distributor, proudly refers to its employees as Hubbers—individuals who embody the company’s core values: relentless, adventurous, approachable, and speedy. Hubbers love what they do, but the job isn’t without its challenges. To set clear expectations to candidates, TireHub asked us to create a Careers page video that highlights the physical demands of the job. Drawing inspiration from the Postman’s Motto, I wrote a script that celebrated the Hubber spirit, and we brought it to life with a fun day of filming at one of their warehouses.
